• Provide a project schedule to identify when each tasks will be performed and completed
• Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders
• Resolve any issues and problems throughout project life cycles with proper escalation
• Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented
• Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project sponsor
• Lead, coach and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis
• Develop tools, repository and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project management
