  • Lead 2-3 members (in the future, team is setting up)

  • Manage our outsourcing, Call-Center, including setting up KPI, Cost Control and sales strategy.

  • The role supports Biz sales function.




REQ:



  • 10-12 years customer relationship/ customer service/ call center management experience

  • Familiar with CRM and possess a solid understanding of customer service and customer satisfaction standards

  • Familiar with outsourced service management, high adaptability, and willing to learn and change

  • Energetic, creative, communicative, team spirit, leadership quality
