Qualifications:-
• Bachelor or Master Degree in either Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Scie nce or IT, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or Physics.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP (R/3, ECC5.0, ECC6.0 ) with minimum 4 full end to end i mplementations -> support roles not considered.
• Actively involved in implementation of SAP FI/CO with focus on AR, AP, FA & GL (New GL is a must).
• Experience in application development using ABAP/4 for SAP R/3 & ECC systems, spanni ng various phases of software development lifecycle such as user requirements analysis, functional & technical specification design & testing
• Assist in definition of Test Scenarios and Conditions during test planning
• Experience in supporting the integration and user acceptance testing and developing u ser manuals, test documents and detailed knowledge transfer documents for Post Impl ementation support tasks
• Works closely with Corporate Finance team to identify & deliver the business needs of t he client global Finance user population, gathering requirements and analyzing existing S AP software capabilities to meet the business requirements. Configures site specific and global parameters in support of usage decisions.
- Develops and documents the functional requirements / design where customization is requir ed. Utilizes common techniques such as use cases, test cases, DFDs, etc in developmen t of the requirements specifications
- Builds, documents and executes test plans to ensure the quality of software changes. Write s support and user documentation. Trains users as necessary
- Supports and resolves user production issues via problem analysis, identifying if application iss ues are related to data, application configuration or bugs in the vendor or custom softw are. Communicates software bugs to both the vendor and the internal development m anager/service desk.
• Must be very motivated, independent and willing to work in Taiwan
• Must be willing to pick up customized developments (from other consultants) and help test it rigorously
• Must be a team player and in a position to guide other FI consultants when required
• Must be SAP FI/CO certified
• Work experience in South East Asian countries preferred (if possible working experience in Taiwan)
• Must understand local (Taiwan) legal & fiscal requirements
• Must be very conversant in English and has excellent communication skills client fronting . Local language skills are mandatory (Mandarin).
• Must understand local legal & fiscal requirements in Taiwan
• Customer focused with excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent analytical, presentation and soft skills including communication, ability to write clearly and concisely and to work to tight deadlines.
• Possess personal attributes such as creativity, positive thinking, quick learning, imaginati on, leadership, judgment and maturity, curiosity, strong interpersonal skills, professional i ntegrity and initiative.
• Must be prepared to travel & work overseas (APAC area).
• Consulting background is preferable
• CPA certification preferred / should have worked in a finance department
