| 工作內容/職務描述 | 1.Drive the technological change needed to optimize the site for fixed and mobile devices
2.Facilitate the placement / replacement of adverts on the site 3.Search Engine Optimization 4.Measurement and presentation of actionable site statistics, including statistics for adverts 5.Easy implementation of tools, such as on-site competition and blogs 6.On-site payments if needed and sensible according to the strategy of the company 7.Help formulate the strategy for the monetization of the site, in conjunction with the President and CEO 8.Implement the business plan, which may include the setup of an internet shop 9.Incentive and drive the internet advertising sales team, this may include closing some sales him/herself. 10.Further increase the reach of the site through online events and activities 11.Utilize the editorial contents of the magazine to maximize traffic 12.Further grow the social media activities of the site on facebook to grow traffic Qualifications: 1.Solid technical education, preferable with a marketing componet 2.At least 3 years experience in a similar position, ideally some experience in publishing, advertising, software or related fields 3.Good network of friends / acquaintances / colleagues for outsourcing tasks for the site 4.Enthusiastic web marketing and entrpreneurial personality 5.Experience with social media and website marketing |
