工作內容/職務描述	The manager will be responsible for informing, shaping, communicating, and ensuring execution of Web technology strategies, initiatives, and programs that support and advance Company’s mission and business strategies in the APAC region as well as worldwide. The manager will be responsible for leading up the Experience Engineering Group in APAC to successfully deliver client and product initiatives. You are expected to lead a highly talented team to solution, implement and optimize the front-end of large-scale E-Commerce system with a focus on user experience and best practices. You will incorporate and encourage processes that ensure teams work efficiently and meet deadlines. You will also be looked upon to provide organizational leadership across the entire APAC management team. Knowledge/Skills:  Excellent written and verbal skills in English (required) and Chinese  Demonstrated people management skills such as coaching, mentoring, and conflict resolution  Comfortable in a fast paced environment  Proven ability to deliver results in a complex, large development projects  Ability to influence others in support for a common goal  Ability to translate business requirements into a technical design that can be understood and implemented by a cross functional team  Strong team contribution and interaction; positive team leader  Able to take several assignments at the same time and manage development activities according to priorities and schedules  Proficient knowledge of HTML5 and JavaScript.  Proficient knowledge of Web technology frameworks, such as JQuery and Node.js (preferred)  Proficient knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), an ever-changing field that requires being continually up-to-date in changes in search engine requirements  Proficient in different computer languages and applications that are required in website designing and development. Some of these essential languages and software are HTML, XML, JavaScript, JSP, Java, DOM and CSS.
