Job Description
We are seeking Full-Time Customer Service Representatives who will be responsible for answering our customers’ questions regarding billing and product related questions. We provide a competitive salary with salary raise opportunities according to performance.

Skills & Requirements:
·      Fluent English (Spoken and Written)
·      Strong interpersonal skills with a lot of patience
·      Ability to handle multiple customers
·      Typing Skills, at least 50 words per minute
·      Candidate must be able to work from 10AM to 6AM Taiwan Time, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
·      Confer with customers through LiveChat or email to provide information about products and services, answer questions, cancel accounts, obtain details of complaints and provide solutions
·      Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers\' problems
·      Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
·      Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
