需求條件：
1) have profound knowledge and hands-on experience to Java both framework (j2se & j2ee) level and OO level design/developing of full project life-cycle (is the plus);
2) Must have a solid java socket network layer hands-on experience both to real-time Java stream data preparation/acquisition. Experience on third party tools,(Netty, ZMQ, ..., etc), is preferable;
3) Must have the knowledge and project experience on java 1.7 concurrent/parallel programming paradigm;
4) Have the basic concept/theory of the High Volume/Low Latency on-line transaction system in Java is the plus;
5) Must have the basic concept/theory of the Distributed Real Time Specification for Java and/or parallel java computing on clusters;
6) Have the basic understanding of NoSQL and/or have the working experience on certain NoSQL implementation is the plus;
7) Can indecently to find/foresee problems of project and solve the problems;
8) Fluent in English reading/writing and medium level in English speaking (is the plus).
