工作內容/職務描述 | 工作方式及待遇:
1.三個月試用期 2.簽約一年,長期約聘 3.薪水標準設定為 NT 30,000-40,000 若適用期間工作良好, 可考慮 在試用期後調整薪水幅度。 工作內容: 1.櫃賓接待 2.辦公室文具採買 3.會議室準備,會議紀錄 4.主管交代事項... Meet and greet clients and visitors. ‧ Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. ‧ Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing. ‧ Distributing generic posts, news and announcement. ‧ Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors ‧ Prepare/facilitate agendas for bigger scale of workshops/meetings and prepare schedules ‧ Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system – e.g. contract, office bills etc. ‧ Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new office equipment and techniques.
