| 工作內容/職務描述 | 需負責任:
- 提供廣泛及各種概念式的 idea，幫助 user 獲得更好的使用體驗 - 幫助產品設計簡潔而優雅的流程與體驗 - 與前端工程師以及手機應用開發工程師合作一同開發產品 - 從設計角度向產品提供建議，在手機與網頁上實作最棒的使用者界面 需求技能: - 喜歡設計，熱愛挑戰 - 最少兩年設計經驗，擁有獨立作業能力 - 擁有使用者介面/體驗設計經驗 - 手機 App 設計經驗 - 從使用者角度出發設計產品，而不是從開發者角度出發設計 - 擁有前端工程師經驗可加分 福利制度: 1) 周休二日，優於勞基法之休假制度。 2) 不分病假、事假與特休，所有請假皆為給薪假 3) 勞工保險及全民健保。 4) 每月一日工作假，可自行選擇上班地點 5) 彈性上班不需打卡，我們相信上班時間與產能無對等關係，優秀的人能妥善做好自我管理並恪守時間規畫 6) 員工聚餐、員工旅遊 7) 零食櫃，讓你疲憊之餘隨手可攝取營養食物 Product Designer Responsibilities: - Provide any ideas to help user get better user experience - Make simple and elegant design for product and process - Work with front end engineer and mobile developer to implement product - Provide suggestion for product by designer site, implement the best UI on the product, web and mobile app both Requirements: - Enjoy design, like challange - At least 2 years of design experience, work independently - UI/UX experience - Mobile app design experience - Design product from the perspective user, not product owner - Front end experience is better |
