It is a global real estate social networking and marketplace looking for a full-stack coder who is communicative, quality focused, and check his/her work before delivery. It is a Ruby-on-rails/Postgres site that needs to add new features for an ongoing basis. Please only reply if you meets the description below and type the last word of this post in the subject line. If mutually beneficial, we are happy to help promote the programmer by featuring you on the site and provide further incentive for long term work. New features to be added in this task- a. Messaging system (TODO alert , Auto-reply (similar to fiverr.com), can rate each other after 5 messages) b. Similar Ads c. User response time calculation d. Similar Ads e. Improvement of current feature f. Ensure iframe/video so it can be shown on the mobile what needs to be done in next phase are - a. phone verification b. Hierarchical commenting system, like and like c. Rating - After 5 messages- users can rate each other d. Multiple language e. Payment/Stripe integration f. DocSign integration g. Retrieve more data from Google/Facebook signed-in users What is important - a. Front-end /Bootstrap capacity is as important as backend/postgres capabilities. b. Have knowledge in server as we will be moving the server form Heroku to Amazon or DigitalOcean at some point. c. We will replace the signup process/doc downloading with Mailchimp d. We need video that can be shown on mobile but it's not possible currently e. Need to use Cucumber at certain point f. I speak Mandarin but t's easier for me to communicate in English over email if it works for you.g g. Need your Github account and references. Thank you for your interests.
