Required Skills:
1. Proficient in Python
2. Excellent in Javascript, HTML, CSS 
3. Familiar with Web Technology (Backend/Frontend)
4. Familiar with Linux.
5. Basic Understanding of SQL or NOSQL.
6. Familiar with Version Control tools preferably Git.
7. Strong understanding in Version Control flow.


Personality:
1. Problem Solver
2. Team player
3. Familiar with Agile Development and Scrum.
4. High degree of integrity, passion, drive, flexibility and a self-starter. 


Nice to have:
- Experiences in JS Frameworks (Angular.js, React.js, Backbone.js, D3.js etc)
- Familiar in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, Twisted etc.) 
- Familiar with AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean or equivalent.
- Love reading Tech sites (Hacker News/Techcrunch or others)
