1. Five years relative work experience
2. Familiarity with Java programming languages - strong object-oriented (OO),with ability to learn new ones as needed, performance tuning specialty is a bonus
3. Experience developing and maintaining large scale systems - one of business domain {real time transaction, trading, order/risk management} is required
4. Deep understanding of data structures (trees, hash maps, queues, etc.) and algorithm
5. Familiarity with one of the concept - Design pattern, parallel programming, or distributed computing
6. Solutions oriented with focus on improving existing systems / architecture
7. Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
