| 工作內容/職務描述 | Self-motivated, detail-oriented person with an analytical/problem solving approach to daily tasks. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for working with agencies, sites/publishers and internal departments to plan, manage budgets and monitor daily performance of campaigns. The candidate will plan creative integrated media programs and determine which media channels will help achieve the brands’ goals and budget. Candidate must have both search and display experience.
Duties include: • Participates in development and management of effective integrated media plans and buys under the supervision of the Global Digital team in Singapore. • Develops objectives, strategies, plans and presentations based on local market needs in line with global strategy. • Maintains media plans including changes, budgeting, execution, reporting, optimization and invoice reconciliation. • Ensures account and creative team is apprised of changes to the placements by producing the Creative and Specs Worksheet. • Stays apprised of industry standards, new digital media programs/opportunities and can advise on new ways to reach targets. • Develops and fosters strong relationships with media partners. • Ability to speak fluent English a must. Other requirements: • 2-3 years of experience within a marketing discipline (agency, start-up, corporate) managing digital advertising campaigns for clients or brands. • Knowledge of ad optimisation and trafficking using ad serving tools such as Doubleclick. • Strategic thinking capability and analytic mindset. |
