需求人數：1人 職務類別：人力資源主管、人力資源人員、經營管理主管 職務說明： The HR Manager will work within a dynamic, fast-paced and focused team. You’d be expected to take lead on hiring and manage people operations that support our teams to rapidly grow. Talent acquisition and talent retention are main objectives. Responsibilities: ● Deliver on hiring targets and increase productivity. ● Own individual hiring target to contribute to the goal. Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse pool. ● Ensure hiring managers and team preparedness during the interview process and that interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally. ● Strategize with the Hong Kong and Taipei staffing manager to deliver on target staffing plans and partner closely with Operations and Finance to ensure headcounts and hiring activity tracks to the hiring plan. ● Innovate hiring methodologies through identifying unique and non-traditional sources for finding candidates. Requirements: ● BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. ● 8 years+ of recruiting experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment, executing a variety of talent searches. ● Experience in full-cycle recruiting/sourcing in the tech space or finance space ● Experience in performance management, forecasting and delivering on a hiring goal. ● Ability to drive efforts and projects through influence, personal networks, relationships, and broad knowledge base. 其他條件： 必須有在軟體資訊業擔任過人事主管的經驗，偏好管理過App工程師的人事經理；有大型美商公司工作經驗者優先。 福利:
