工作內容/職務描述[工作內容]
-Lead test team and assign daily tasks
-Train and coach test team members
-Communicate with QA manager and lead on tasks assignment and status review
-Communicate with all related SW teams and ODM, support them on issues clarifying and tracking
-Work closely with developers to ensure that the application meets the feature requirement and quality is robust
-Create test plans, and design test strategy
-Develop and implement sanity test cases, functionality test cases, system test cases, including stability and performance test cases
-Submit and track defects & issues that occurred during the test process
-Generate test report for management on each test cycle

[技術背景]
-2 years+ test team lead experience
-4 years+ software testing experience
-Knowledge of modern test methodologies
-Test experience with embedded system, on mobile device is a plus.
-Test experience on Android system is a plus
-Take responsibilities and initiatives, proven to be quick learner and good team player.
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, target driven and innovative thinking
-Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills required
-Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
-Open minded and willing to accept challenge
