We are seeking an iOS mobile engineer to join our engineer team in Taipei. The ideal candidate will have experience developing sophisticated applications on the iPhone or iPad using the iOS SDK. The candidate will take iOS developing skills to help Kono build products that revolutionize magazine industry.

Here are what you'll help us accomplish:

  1. Design and implement new user-facing features in Kono’s products.
  2. Collaborate with designers to create innovative user experiences.
  3. Develop prototypes quickly to validate interactions and prove product designs.
  4. Integrating iOS apps with back-end and third party web services with iOS applications.
  5. Work with cross organizational teams and offshore teams in both development and QA efforts.

Requirements:

  1. BS or MS in computer science.
  2. Expertise in building complex applications for the iPhone or iPad using Objective-C/C++ with Cocoa and other frameworks.
  3. Experience building mobile application development at the user interface and system levels.
  4. Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
  5. Experience using git version control system.
  6. Able to professionally communicate with other team members.
