工作內容/職務描述 | Role Objective: To exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by selling products to key accounts of the assigned geographical or vertical market. You will manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics Responsibilities: -Key accounts development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns,exhibitions and market sector knowledge/intelligence -Organize and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as product managers, product marketing managers -Enhance and maintain the business relationship with the key accounts -Working with internal project manager team to ensure delivery -Collect and report the marketing information/customer demands -Forecast the monthly sales Desired Skills and Experience : -Familiar with the maker culture and open hardware preferred -Minimum 3 years of direct sales experience -3C Key/education sales experience preferred -Bachelor degree or above -Technology background preferred -Must be able to function independently -Strong sense of teamwork, good communication skill both internal and external -Networking -Curious; attention to creativity product -Excellent business negotiation ability -Fluency in English is essential 大客戶經理 (歐洲區,亞洲區,大中華區,澳洲區) 工作目標: 負責所屬區域大客戶的開發和維護,以保證銷售目標的完成。妳需要管理的是整個銷售過程,而非簡單的關鍵指標 工作職責: -通過豐富的銷售手段,對大客戶進行開發 -組織和管理對大客戶的面對面銷售會,並協調相關資源進行會議前準備 -維護和大客戶之間的關系 -與內部團隊合作保證訂單的交付 -收集和反饋市場信息和客戶需求 -準確的進行每月銷量預測 應聘要求: -熟悉創客文化和開源硬件優先 -3年以上的海外銷售經驗 -有3C市場或教育市場銷售經驗者優先 -本科及以上學歷 -有硬件技術背景者優先 -能獨立工作 -重視團隊協作,良好的溝通表達能力 -充滿好奇心,關註創新產品 -出色社交能力 -出色的商務談判能力 -出色的英文讀寫說能力 |
