| 工作內容/職務描述 | We're looking for an ambitious, knowledge-hungry generalist who can confidently take ownership of the server operations of our fast-growing social startup. We run the top apps in our space and need the right developer to keep growing! You'll be a crucial part of our team, in charge of our backend tech stack supporting multiple mobile apps, helping guide feature choices, performance improvements, security, and reliability. Requirements: • Experience with Ruby on Rails(2 years~) • Experience with RDBMS (Postgres preferred) and NoSQL(Mongodb, redis, elasticsearch) • Experience with Linux, Nginx, AWS S3, EC2, RDS, auto scaling, Docker, DevOps, AWS OpsWorks • Experience with TDD, CI • Experience with Agile programming with scrum, code reviews, rapid iteration Bonus points if you have: • A BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering from a top school, but a wonderful project list trumps all • Prior start-up experience is awesome (not necessary); being scrappy will help you hit the ground running. Salary 14 months |
