要，你應該看得出來徵人門檻並不高，就是因為不想放過找到人才的機會。
但是如果門檻低又沒有篩選的機制，面試人力上我們又負擔不起。
不過考試並不是唯一的判斷條件，一份寫得好的個人簡歷可以加分很多。
所以有興趣的應徵者，請善加把握。
另外，我們公司沒有名校情節，書念得爛沒有關係，只要有知識工作者的自信、該有的基本知識、還有接下來要苦幹實幹的心裡準備，其他的我們會好好訓練。
反過來說，你是台凊交的高材生也一樣，不會特別優待，同樣的篩選標準、同樣的初期訓練、同樣級距的薪資水準。

可以沒有『工作』經驗，但是要有寫過Java Web App(Servlet, JSP)的經驗，然後Java Language要熟。
抱歉公司不大，沒辦法從白紙教起。

不過我實在沒自信能通過類似GMAT的測驗 =.=
且最重要的是，我居然沒用過AJAX FRAMEWORK>"""<
我以前無聊寫過SERVLET CONTAINER、SMTP SERVER，
不知道這樣會不會是ZK想要找的人？？

看起來真不錯呀！
我用ZK開發過一個小案子，非常推薦，的確是好的作品。
希望台灣有更多這樣的公司，不然我們都只能用外商的軟體了。
只可惜我只能接受在南部的工作。

Today I went to ZK. Unfortunately I failed the test.
Now I share my feelings of the test and maybe some of you who want to join ZK can benefit from my experience.
I think the test is NOT difficult. Then why did I fail? The difficult part of this test is that you must answer the questions very fast ,correctly and cautiously. In less than 1 hr of time(approximately 40~50 minutes), you must answer 20 reasoning questions and 8 programming questions and make sure all your answers are correct.
If your answers are not correct or not in detail, it is highly possible that you failed it too.
For me, I didn\'t work out deliberately because of the motivation that I prefer answering all the questions than leaving
them blank. So ,some of my answers are not complete. Some of them are wrong because of my carelessness. So, I failed it.
I think this company is for the men who can code like machinery. If you can solve technical problem very fast and think
like compiler, you can give it a try.
After the test, zanyking came in and we began correcting papers(XD). He told me ZK cares so much how you did in this exam.
Only if you pass the test will you join them. He said this rule is the company\'s policy. Although he is not fully convinced by the rule, there is nothing he can do. In other words, ZK wouldn\'t consider your past work experience or your educational background. The scores mean everything(Except your background is really good!)
What really funny was that I began to beg him let me in. (I really want to join the open source project.). I started to defend myself, and ask him to reconsider of hiring me! He said he can\'t break the rule although my level is OK!After serveral minutes of persuasion, zanyking still refuses me. That really hurts me. So I gonna pledge at this moment in javaworld! "ZK, you will regret it oneday!" (XD)
From zanyking talking, I infer that working in ZK is not easy. The schedules are really tight. This company is for geeks.
By the way, I am looking for a job to feed my family. Would somebody like to give me a job??
