| 工作內容/職務描述 | 美商火箭湯匙（SpoonRocket）股份有限公司台灣分公司 2013年六月創立於美國加州柏克萊。來自美國矽谷Y-Combinator 2013的明星團隊，現於舊金山提供顛覆傳統的外送料理，強調急速外送服務，平均只需十分鐘的等待時間，顧客即可享用平價的美味料理。
自美國知名創業投資公司Y-Combinator畢業後，即募得高額的種子資金，並且日銷量與市估值在短時間內爆發成長，迄今已成長超過十倍以上，並在今年四月得到一千萬美金的A輪投資，直到現在都持續不停地成長當中。

AboutOur ideal candidate has a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You should have an impeccable design sense and sufficient technical background that would allow you to help take a project from concept to completion. You must be well-versed in all aspects of mobile design (iOS and Android).
Most importantly, we’re looking for a highly-motivated team player who’s comfortable designing for multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set product direction and UI requirements based on business, user, and brand needs
- Design user interaction models, workflows, and user interfaces
- Develop high level and/or detailed storyboards and create mockups and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction
- Plan and communicate across technology and business development
- Assist with defining the user model and user interface guidelines
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products, and make recommendations for improvements
- Push the boundaries of what's possible to create better experiences for our users
- Define packaging and print design style
Requirements
- MS/BS/BA in a design-related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in UI design, Information Architecture, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- Strong, clean visual design sense in typography, color, and grid system
- Awesome wireframing skills
- Experience designing across multiple devices (desktop, iOS, Android)
- Ability to understand project goals and make recommendations to designs to meet these objectives
- Effective problem solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to think abstractly and creatively while applying good design principles
- Great time management skills that allow you to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Strong oral, written, and visual communication skills
Bonus Skills
- You have an interest or BA in Architecture
- You can design pixel perfect icons
- You have expert responsive web design skills and familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap
- You are extremely observant
- You have the ability to measure anything (like pixels, HEX color code) just by eye
- You are a fan of following brands: Apple, Braun, Audi, Bang & Olufsen
- You have personal domain name and online portfolio
