| 工作內容/職務描述 | ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to software customer support organization, as a people lead on the Taipei graphics driver development team (customer support on Windows graphics driver development in both kernel and user mode), the successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10+ software engineers involved in the following: - Debugging and resolution of customer and internal issues. - Developing new Windows based graphics driver functionality for desktop, mobile, and integrated graphics systems. - Tuning for higher performance. - Assist upper mgmt of software customer support team to build good relationship with OEM and ODM. - Building an environment which fosters consistent project execution. - Effectively collaborating and communicating with a variety of global teams, including software, hardware, customer engineering and marketing/sales. - Developing a world class engineering team, including: - Coaching and mentoring employees for high performance. - Effectively building a team through hiring and internal development. - Closely working with worldwide counterparts to foster effective customer support work model for increased customer satisfaction on capability in resolving graphics driver associated issues and provide fast turn around to customer requests. EXPERIENCE - A minimum of B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent. Preferably an advanced Computer Science or Engineering degree (M.Sc. or Ph.D.) - 9+ years of progressive management experience in a in a large, fast paced software environment - Experience with resource management - Proven mentoring and coaching abilities - Experience with PC, graphics industry and OEM/ODM models - Strong knowledge of sound software development processes - Solid understanding of the Windows graphics environment - Must be a team player, problem solver and have a “can do” attitude - Strong leadership and communication skills (English and Mandarin, both written and verbal) are key - Must work well under pressure and have the ability to multi task effectively SKILLS/COMPETENCIES - Build world class teams - Drives a performance culture - Results focused - Horizontal management - Continuous improvement 知名外商公司誠徵Graphic Driver Development Manager，at least 2.5M，薪資福利待遇佳，歡迎有興趣的中高階人才將履歷寄至 [email protected] |
