你需要做什麼？

  • 帶領工程師和設計師共同創造華實兼具的產品，將想法實踐在現實世界中，讓團隊發揮其專業能力，並領導團隊達成目標。
  • 開發出領先市場的軟體，並創造卓越的iOS使用者經驗。
  • 持續吸收新知，並了解iOS系統的趨勢及任何新事物。

我們希望你所俱備的事情？

  • 兩年以上手機應用軟體產品經理經驗，或者曾在開發團隊中擔任領導工程師/設計師，熟悉Agile/SCRUM，具其他軟體產品管理經驗尤佳。
  • 絕佳的溝通協調能力，並且精通英語。
  • 積極樂觀的人格特質—可以立即融入新創團隊的文化，並有能力將團隊的潛能發揮至最大。
  • 在App Store上至少要有一個你所開發過的軟體，以說明你具備解決開發過程中所遇障礙的能力。
  • 有具體證明你具備準時遞交產品的能力。
  • 有能力協調客戶、團隊、使用者等所有的利害關係人的意見與需求，並做出具邏輯性的正確決策。
  • 對手機應用科技產業和新創公司有高度的熱誠！

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

  • Lead a team of developers and designers to bring app ideas to life, leveraging their expertise while directing the development process.
  • Create industry leading user experiences on iOS.
  • Keep up with the trends and innovation in iOS and mobile as a whole.

WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

  • Two years product management experience leading a development team, or experience functioning as the lead developer or designer on an mobile application. Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, and other product management software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication ability, both in writing and speaking. Strong to fluent proficiency in english.
  • Positive and upbeat - an Immediate team fit into our startup culture, and the ability to bring the best out of your coworkers.
  • At least one published app in the App Store that demonstrates great usability and your understanding of the challenges surrounding creating mobile user experiences.
  • A proven track record of delivering quality software on time.
  • Ability to juggle input from multiple stakeholders and make strong and logical design decisions.
  • Passion for mobile technology, startups, and creating new products!
