工作內容/職務描述	Description This is a position on our development team supporting a medium sized organization (~200 users) with 8 locations in Taiwan and headquartered in Taipei. Candidate should be a self starter, able to work independently and also be an effective member of the team. Clear and concise communication in English and Mandarin is essential. The technology we employ is always subject to change. Having an open mind and skill to learn will determine our success. Opportunities are always present and having the courage to see and act differently will lead us to a better place. Responsibilities Participate in user interviews to gather needs (mostly Chinese) Transform requirements into models and procedures even a computer can follow Match current and future business needs with capabilities of existing software Methodical software development, testing, documenting and maintenance Qualifications 2+ years of experience with Python programming Bash or other shell proficiency Working knowledge of DB-API 2.0 (e.g. psycopg) Capacity to work independently, but be responsible to the project Communicating with the team, but not require hand holding to function English language proficiency (can read changelogs, api documentation, file bug reports, etc) Additional/preferable qualifications Skill in building web applications Familiar with Content Management System (CMS) like Plone. Responsibilities

Participate in user interviews to gather needs (mostly Chinese)
Transform requirements into models and procedures even a computer can follow
Match current and future business needs with capabilities of existing software

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Python programming
Bash or other shell proficiency
Working knowledge of DB-API 2.0 (e.g. psycopg)

Additional/preferable qualifications
