工作內容: 1. Work closely with a product engineering team to identify and answer important product questions 2. Answer product questions by using appropriate statistical techniques on available data 3. Communicate findings to product managers and engineers 4. Drive the collection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources 5. Develop best practices for instrumentation and experimentation and communicate those to product engineering teams 需求條件: 特質:創新，自我驅動導向的，有快速學習的能力，提供高質量的工作內容。 碩士或博士以上學歷,4年以上相關領域經驗 採用定量方法分析解決問題,有豐富經驗 從不同的來源分析複雜的，高容量，大型數據 實證研究和用數據回答很難的問題 靈活的分析方法，允許在不同的精度水平下測出結果 能夠以清晰，準確，可操作的方式傳達複雜的定量分析 流暢度與至少一種scripting語言，如Python或PHP 熟悉databases & SQL 熟悉專業分析工具:R, Matlab, or SAS 有以下工作經驗：large data sets, experience working with distributed computing tools a plus (Map/Reduce, Hadoop, Hive, Solr etc.) 8年左右時間在資安領域做研究 有think `outside of the box’的能力 在big data運用有紮實的經驗 熟悉資安產品/專案 Salary: 90,000~100,000*13 履歷請寄至: [email protected] Aqua Lin 林小姐收 |
