工作內容/職務描述 | JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 2nd line support - Logistic support of 1st line Customer support. 2. Provide worldwide end users technical support via email 3. Escalate unresolved issues and log user requests in the service desk tickets system. 4. Collect and organize critical issues reported by 1st line support and assist R&D to solve the issues process 5. Test scenarios reported by end users to verify if it’s a bug that needs fixing 6. Write technical articles for BQool knowledge base. SOFT SKILLS - Strong communications skills - Fluent in spoken and written English - Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence - Demonstrable troubleshooting skills - Cross-team collaboration - Logical and Critical thinking EXPERIENCE - 2 years of support or equivalent experience including a customer facing or customer support role EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION - B.S. degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering or equivalent - MCSE, MCPD, or MCAD preferred LANGUAGE - Fluency in English required |
