你需要做些什麼？

  • 協助執行長及營運長管理日常事務。
  • 協助中英翻譯及會議安排。
  • 管理硬體設備及公司環境。
  • 基本上Greenhouse Apps 裡所有的一切，都歸你管轄。
  • 擔任在Greenhouse Apps 成長過程中的重要角色。

  • 具備大學或同等學歷。

WHAT YOU'LL DO?

  • Work closely with the CEO and COO to help manage day to day operations
  • Help translate correspondence and schedule meetings
  • Manage people, the office, equipment
  • In general, whatever Greenhouse needs. Be a swiss army knife
  • Play a big part in the success of a modern tech startup

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

  • Reliable, dependable, smart
  • Bilingual - must have great read/write/speak both English and Chinese fluently
  • Proficient  in office productivity suite including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation
  • Passion for mobile technology and startups
  • Prior experience as an administrative assistant
  • B.S. from 4 year university or equivalent experience
