| 工作內容/職務描述 | Responsibilities To be technical interface of Telecom Products and Solutions with Telecom Operators. To be part of Singapore Telecom team for the projects in technical and technical marketing/pre-sale aspects. To Own and drive the technical interface with customer from identification of technical requirement to tender response and to order fulfillment. Design and lead initiatives that have a strategic impact on the long-term business relationship with customers and selected partners. Ensure delivery of good product through project management, validation, interoperability testing, process set-up, and qualification.
Qualifications > Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent in MIS/Engineering/Computer Science
> Experience Level: At least 2-3 yrs. Working experience
> Competencies: Technical skills: Good English communication skills Strong Technical Background in Telecom (GSM/WCDMA), digital security, and preferably some banking experience Experience in SIM and Smartcard technology (e.g. SIm Took Kit, Global Platforms) Able to work in a worldwide environment Good networking skills
