| 工作內容/職務描述 | • To be directly responsible for developing and rolling out a range of new mobile applications and services.
• Manage a development team and encourage creativity and diversity of thought. • Lead the project team to define the business objective and scope, develop the project plan and drive the technical design and implementation. • To conceptualize new ideas, research the new ideas and evaluate them objectively from a market and technology standpoint. • Grow individual and the team from breadth to depth across technical and communication skills. • Enable the team to deliver high-quality and reliable applications efficiently (via tools, processes, best practices, etc). • Manage the overall development process and resource and optimize team’s productivity. • Provide technical consultant to both internal and external stakeholders. • Practical Android or iOS application design and development experience essential for 5+ years. • Exceptional project and people management and leadership skills demonstrated over 3+ years of formal experience, with an excellent track record of hiring and growing outstanding senior-level talent. • Strong background in implementing software development life cycle (SDLC) processes that keep our development efforts predictable and agile. • Strong strategic thinking and development planning experience focused on shipping highly attractive Consumer applications on time and on budget. • Business acumen and entrepreneurial flair that enabling innovative cost effective approaches to problem solving. • High degree of tolerance for uncertainly in this dynamic industry. • Ability to work effectively within a team then being a leader of influence. • Demonstrated passion for technology, customer and business. • Ability to drive technical decisions, solve tough problems, and organize multiple projects executing concurrently. • Fluent communication in English essential. |
