工作內容/職務描述	PRIMARY JOB OBJECTIVE: Ensure that customer projects are being seen through to completion, are fully tested are well documented, and most importantly are being delivered on time. CANDIDATE PROFILE: • Able to meet deliverable deadlines • Can coordinate a team of software developers to see a project through to completion • Can follow process to ensure that releases are tested and ready for a production environment • Attention to UI details: color, spacing, line width, constistency...etc. • Able to read/write/listen and speak in English. Must be fluent in Chinese. • System design or technical lead ability a big plus • Familiarity with source control and process tools a plus • Ability in HTML, Javascript, CSS a plus • 2+ years experience in project management THINGS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: • Managing Javascript, scripting and other developers to make sure that features/fixes are according to spec, to provide direction, review work, test features and more • Communicating with USA based Project Managers to understand the customer needs and timelines, and then work with Taiwan based resources to ensure that they are being delivered
