・能與客戶溝通及進度掌控，懂得如何在創意與行銷間尋求最佳平衡，提供優秀idea並與企劃、程式設計等相關人員配合，協同執行大型專案。 ・具備專案整合及管理經驗並擔任過品牌主設計角色，負責網站整體的創新設計與製作，使用者介面，及美術編排。 ・具有團隊領導能力，能夠合理安排工作在專案上能提供專業指導、培訓夥伴角色。 ・整合性強，能有效在執行中整合企畫、設計、動畫、專案之運作。 「附加條件」： ・具備三~五年以上製作網站的能力或網頁設計、使用者介面設計、設計表現能力，擅長歐美簡潔設計風格。 ・重視使用者流程與細節。 ・了解和擅用字型在不同瀏覽器的呈現方式。 ・熟悉色彩理論，佈局和設計原則，網絡和可用性標準。 ・熱愛創作及思考優質設計；能同時處理不同任務及具良好時間管理能力，按時完成各項專案。 ・熟悉HTML及CSS語法尤佳，熟悉網頁設計相關軟體。 ・細心、具組織能力，支援性及團隊合作意識強。 ・有管理團隊經驗，中英文流利尤佳。 As a Senior Web Designer you will be able to effectively translate ideas into design execution and ensuring a consistently high level of quality. [Responsibilities] •Designs web interfaces; develops layout design and concept, creates design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and production of content, selects and secures illustration and graphics when necessary; develops, maintains and updates custom web sites using a CMS. •Meets with client personnel at all organizational levels to discuss and define communication objectives and ideas for the creation and development of a wide variety of projects, primarily focusing on web site design and development. •Communicates effectively in both oral and written form; explains technical concepts in non-technical terms to staff. •Ensures consistency, accuracy and compliance with required web standards; considers usability standards; tests work. •Must be strong team player, but also able to work independently. Must be very proactive and able to take the initiative to identify artistic requirements, create visual communication concepts and complete assignments on time using the appropriate tools. •Ability to complete and juggle multiple projects and responsibilities. Will also be responsible to mentor, train and manage small team of junior designers. [Skills] •3-5 years experience designing commercial web sites with focus towards North American/European design styles. •Knowledge of design for user interface (UI) and modern web design technologies required. •Knowledgeable in the areas of typography and browser compatibility for various language fonts. •Colour theory, layout and design principles, web and usability standards. •Knowledge of CSS and HTML a bonus but not mandatory. •Excellent software proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. •Good communication skills in both Chinese and English. |
