Come be a part of our team which is passionate about creating the very best product for our users. The Software Engineer Team Lead will work within a dynamic, fast-paced and focused team. You’d be expected to design and implement our Order Management & Connectivity Infrastructure, including but not limited to systems that provide Reference Data, Position Management, Order Management, Market Data Server. ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Good exposure to equity and foreign exchange markets in a Front Office environment Development and design experience in Object Oriented Languages (C++/C#/Java) and experience with of design patterns. Real-time server development, in a multi-threaded asynchronous system environment. Technical design considerations to achieve robustness in high performance real time applications. Familiarity with the FIX protocol Usage of Source Control Systems particularly git. Familiarity with Linux platform and shell scripting. Experience in the use of Agile development methodologies and techniques. Experience in Leading a Team Nice to have Experience in Interactive Brokers API, Bloomberg API, or Reuters RFA API. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES Self-motivated and enthusiastic Love of coding and delivering elegant solutions in a timely manner Proven fast-learner & must be able to work under pressure with tight deadlines Good written and verbal communication skills (Both English and Chinese) Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative fashion
