工作內容 • Manage the projects from initiation to closure • Be accountable for project results along with the Project Sponsor • Work with stakeholders to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget and timelin e • Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task • Provide a project schedule to identify when each tasks will be performed and completed • Clearly communicate the expectations to team members and stakeholders • Resolve any issues and problems throughout project life cycles with proper escalation • Ensure the changes to project scopes are approved and documented • Track and control the progress of projects and report the status to project sponsor • Lead, coach and motivate the project teams on a proactive basis • Develop tools, repository and processes to ensure smooth and efficient project managemen t• Ensure all project documents are safely archived Key Account Management • Develop and manage the processes and interfaces between key account customers and the company • Keep good relationship with key account customers • Respond to new customer infrastructure requests with the backup of PS team • Control the cost of the projects if the for known budget projects • Feedback to product team based on project execution result to maximize the company benefit 專案管理主管日班，10:00-19:00 國際專案管理師PMP 其他條件：The candidate must have • Minimum 5 years of work experience in the IT field or service provider companies • Minimum 2 years of work experience in project management jobs • Minimum 1 year of work experience in selling or providing IT services to enterprise users/customers Required skills • Excellent skills in project planning and project management • Excellent skills in communicating, negotiating and problem solving • Excellent skills in maintaining good relationship with customers, vendors and coworkers • Good acumen in cost, schedule and resource management • Proven skills in delivering high-quality documents and emails in English • Understand when and how to push, buffer, escalate or reject in projects • Demonstrated skills in requirements gathering, resource organization, task prioritization, stakeholder management, cost controls and scheduling • Demonstrated skills to listen well, understand, analyze, predict, translate, and facilitate the needs of the prospects, customers, partners, and co-workers • Experience in Internet services or IT services are preferred • Experience in IT equipment procurement and vendor management is a plus • Experience in the bidding/tender process and the eco-system is a plus • Able to travel occasionally to other offices or customer sites in APAC region or global locations • Rapid adaptation and response to project scope changes and environment changes • PMP certificate holder preferred Personalities• Self-motivated, independent and proactive • Analytical thinking, systematic and organized• Always strive for high performance • A win-win team player• Self-disciplined and good working ethics |
