| 工作內容/職務描述 | 工作內容• Implementing the new subscriptions or trial cases of the company’s MH products/services by configuring and testing the infrastructure setup until customer acceptance• Migrating and optimizing existing network infrastructure • Handing over the new customer subscriptions smoothly to the operation teams • Providing technical training internally • Generating and maintaining documents related to PS team • Talking to the prospects, customers and partners to understand the needs • Qualifying the customer needs based on existing MH service enabler (infrastructure) • Proposing technical solutions to customers and partners based on standard or customized company products and services • Reviewing the technical proposals from partners or even customers • Providing valuable feedback from analyzed customer needs • Synchronizing project status and technical details to entire PS team • Delivering on job trainings to the new staff in PS team The job responsibilities of each network security specialist will be somewhat different subjected to adjustment based on the skill sets and the personalities demonstrated. Technical skills • Solid hands-on experience and knowledge on TCP/IP, IGPs, BGP and DNS • Experience in BGP peering/transit routing policy management and tuning is a must • Experience in AS or public IP addressing space management is a plus • Experience in Cisco IOS and JUNOS routers and switches is a must • Experience in firewall appliance such like Cisco, Juniper, Check Point or Palo Alto is required • Experience in SLB/ADC such like F5 LTM, A10 AX Series or Citrix Netscalar is required • Experience in configuring site-to-site and client-to-site VPN is required • Experience in network monitoring systems is required • Experience in L7 firewalls such like iMPERVA is a plus • Experience in AAA system such like Cisco TACACS+ is a plus • Experience and knowledge on DDoS mitigation technologies and solutions is a big plus • Experience and knowledge on HTTP(S) protocols is a big plus • Experience and knowledge on CDN implementation is a big plus • Experience and knowledge on data center infrastructure is a big plus • Experience and knowledge on Cloud (IaaS) platform and business is a big plus • Able to use security tools or traffic generating tools • Able to use packet analyzers such like wireshark, tcpdump, sniffer for packet inspection and analysis • Able to learn to configure a new network equipment quickly Soft Skills • Strong problem solving skills with methodical approaches • Experience in managing IP networking projects • Ability to listen well, understand, analyze, predict, translate, and facilitate the needs of the prospects, customers, partners, and co-workers • Ability to deliver network implementation plans or migration plans • Ability to communicate in English & Chinese orally or in written is required • Ability to create or modify presentation materials according to different scenarios or audiences • Ability to deliver high quality technical proposals • Average skills on delivering and maintaining documents • Excellent skills on multitasking, prioritization, and time management 擅長工具： BGP 、Checkpoint 、Cisco 、DNS 、Ethernet 、Firewall 、HTTP 、Juniper 、LAN、Load Balancing 、OSPF 、Routers 、Security 、ssh 、TCP/IP 、TcpDump 、VLAN、VPN 、WAN 工作技能： 安裝與維護網路安全系統、規劃與管理防火牆、網路安全架構分析與設計、網路系統危機管理、網路系統配置、網路元件安裝及管理、網路規劃管理、網路設備設定安裝 具備證照： CCNP 、CCIE 、JNCIP-E 、JNCIP-M 、JNCIE-ER 、JNCIE-M 、國際專案管理師PMP 其他條件： Personalities • Self-motivated, independent and proactive • Analytical thinking, systematic and organized • Always strive for high performance • A win-win team player • Self-disciplined and good working ethics |
