We are looking for a growth hacker to help Kono acquire and retain users using creativity, analytical thinking and social metrics. The candidate will be part of our product team and work closely with the rest of product team and marketing team to achieve this goal.

Requirements:
  • Deep understanding and passionate about Kono App
  • Open minded and creative problem solver
  • Curious about learning anything that can impact growth - from EDM segmentation, A/B testing, data mining, to analyzing why dropbox became successful via referral
  • Analytical thinker
Nice to have:
  • Understanding of statistical methods
  • Experience or education in software engineering
  • Experience or education in marketing
In this job, you will be:
  • You only goal is to growth - acquire and retain users
  • Explore and implement non-product related strategies to achieve growth
  • Hypothesize and test out product related experiments and propose product enhancement to achieve growth
