Opening: User Experience Researcher (Taipei Office)

We are looking for a motivated and talented UX researcher to join Kono. This candidate will lead our UX research effort and help generate insights about our users that will feed the design, strategy and development of Kono products and services.

Requirements: 
  • Deep understanding and passionate about Kono App.
  • A passion for observing behavior and synthesizing insights into product design.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience practicing user or design research – familiarity with a wide range of qualitative methodologies.
  • Ability to generate compelling arguments and confidently convey insights and recommendations through storytelling.
Nice to have: 
  • Experience or education in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or Human Factors.
  • Familiarity with quantitative methods preferred.
  • Excellent sense of humor, comfortable with ambiguity.
In this job, you will: 
  • Work closely with product, design, and marketing to understand consumer as well as publisher needs, and design appropriate research studies to generate focused insights.
  • Design and conduct user research by a variety of methods, including surveys, in-depth interviews, usability studies, focus groups, and concept/prototype testing.
  • Share findings with design, engineering as well as marketing and others, creating a smarter, more informed and empathetic product team.
