| 工作內容/職務描述 | TrendMicro is looking for talent people in IT technology team.
This position requires passion to new IT technology, to provides most freiendly user experience by leveraging it, and create more business value for company. Main jobs of this position are confirming clear user story, verifying, solution research/study, conduct POC of new client IT technology, deploy the selected solution. Job functions and Responsibility: 1. Workd in a fast-paced, dynamic, highly collaborative team environment to deliver IT client technology 2. Study and create innovative technical solutions for all internal users to help on their productivity 3. Work closely with internal end users, region IT and IT operational team to understand user pain point facing, requirements and convert them into feasible IT client technology designs and implementation plans. 4. Research / self-study new IT technologies and share knowledge with other team members to ensure the team are knowledgeable on the latest technologies 5. Strong understanding of IT technologies, including network knowledge, cloud service and other new release technology Requirement: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. At least 5 years related working experience in IT industry as technical expert 3. Familiar with TCP/IP networking, network devices, operating systems and database knowledge 4. Good communication skill, willing to engage with stakeholders, great teamwork 5. Ability to do users research and find the requirement behind 6. Project management knowledge/ability, PMP certification or project management experience is a plus 7. Passionate to learn new IT technologies quickly through self-study 8. Knowledge or experience using modern IT client technologies 9. Solution survey, evaluation and selection in systematic way 10. Demonstrated cases of excellent problem-solving and technical innovation 11. Good command in Engligh, verbal and written skills in English is a must 12. Self-motivated and self-discipline 13. Have experience on VoIP and telecom infrastructure, work experience in Avaya, Nortel or other global carrier companies like NTT, Orange and Verizon etc. 14. Have working experience or knowledge on unified communication service, like Cisco solution and/or Microsoft Lync 15. Be full of enthusiasm about learning new IT technologies 16. Project management skills and experience |
