As a Sr. UI Designer, you will work with product managers, design team members, software engineers and QA engineers to design highly usable products & services that adhere to Trend Micro's commitment to our customers - deliver cutting-edge security solutions with the best possible user experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and model the end-to-end user experience. 2. Perform workflow analysis and develop use cases. 3. Develop high-level and detailed mockups/prototypes. 4. Communicate and document designs to stakeholders and product development teams effectively. 5. Collaborate with UX design team to improve processes and define standards. Requirement:1. At least 5 years of industry experience in designing user interface for a variety of platforms which could include web, desktop or mobile. 2. Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills. 3. Familiar with Axure, Balsamiq, Microsoft Visio or other prototyping tools. 4. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Computer Science or design related field. 5. Must be fluent in both written and verbal English. 6. Be able to speak and listen to Chinese is a plus. 7. Familiar with user and design research methodologies is a plus. 8. Knowledge of networking typology and Microsoft business products is a plus. 9. Experience with agile development processes is a plus. |
