| 工作內容/職務描述 | We are seeking a talented UI / UX designer who is proactive, independent and willing to take up the challenge of perfecting a series of mobile applications and services that are being used by over 30 million users across 50 countries.
The responsibilities of the position include: 1. Be the main responsible person of the overall user interface and user experience of our product lines. 2. Engage both the product development team and business development team on regular basis to possess the in-depth and most updated knowledge of the products and customer needs. Optimize the user experiences based on such in-depth understanding 3. Constantly and systematically exam and challenge the existing user flows, presentations, and user experiences of our products. Provide solid improvement plans. 4. Create materials necessary (e.g., graphics, flow charts, flash demos, prototypes, etc.) to demonstrate concepts and solicit feedbacks prior to actual product development. Desired Experiences 1. Minimally 3 years of hands-on UI / UX experiences of mobile apps and software. Preferably from mobile app developers or mobile phone OEMs 2. Solid portfolio demonstrating design skill 3. Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly Android, especially around its capabilities and limitations related to UI/UX designs 4. Fluent English communication skills Desired Personal Profile 1. Self starter. Able to perform, follow-up and deliver with minimum guidance. 2. Team player. Able to conduct effective communication across different functions (R&D, sales, operations) across different regions. 3. “Roll-up your sleeves” attitude to get things done 4. Passionate to product perfection. Proactively discover issues and provide improvement ideas. 5. Comfortable in start-up environment in a highly dynamic industry. |
