1. Provide generalist support and advice to employees and leaders on employment conditions & policy, recruitment & selection, performance management, salary & bonus planning, job grading and employee benefits 2. Lead and participate in HR initiatives and projects that align to the HR strategic planl Coach leaders through annual performance review process, salary review & bonus plan process 3. Be responsible to maintain HRIS & employee payroll processing 4. Deliver training to employees as required 5. Decision making authority to include performance management outcome up to but not including termination of employment & approval of salary changes within set guidelines 6. Complete HR related administration tasks & HR reporting as required 需求條件 1. Tertiary qualifications in Business or Human Resources 2. 4+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role 3. Experience in the IT Industry 4. Bilingual preferred (English & Chinese) 5. Team Leadership experience preferred |
