工作內容/職務描述	Job Description: This position will involve monitoring, upgrading and supporting web and mobile applications in a live production environment with hundreds of thousands of users, proactive advisement and 24/7 response to critical production failures for downtime reduction, and the occasional creation of documentation for other team members. The candidate should be ready to build and manage a team. Requirement: At least 3 years of web development experience Must have experience analyzing, recommending, installing, securing, upgrading, monitoring, configuring and supporting Linux software on production web and database servers Experience in producing fully functional web project is a must. Experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, Smarty, and SQL server Familiar with div+ CSS, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3 Familiarity with browser capabilities, user interface requirements, and cross-platforming Experience integrating software with an outside web service Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure Dedication to meet development schedules Knowledge of Ruby, Android or iOS is a plus but not must. At least 3 years of web development experience
