Position:SOLUTION MANAGER (RISK INTELLIGENCE)
Responsibilities:
Conduct presales and post sales implementation support for the company’s business solutions. Activities include carrying out requirements study, solution mapping, presentations/software demonstrations and proof of concepts
Provide business and/or technical consultancy analysis in relation to Basel II or risk management
Design, manage and develop the Solution business Plan including market positioning
Develop appropriate marketing and sales tools in conjunction with marketing to support sales efforts
Shape and manage key marketing & sales campaigns
Shape, guide/oversee demos/demo training/scripting etc for pre-sales presentations
Develop and manage partners program to drive new sales opportunities
Manage sales through Alliance partners
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years relevant working experience
Experience in Basel II compliance and Risk Management (including credit risk, market risk, operational risk, liquidity risk, anti-money laundering, fraud risk) in Banking and Finance sectors advantage
Programming skills is a plus
Identify new market opportunities and capability to determining ROI of a solution
Planning & organization skills with ability to meet deadlines
Selling at multiple levels through multiple channels to achieve quota
Communicating and negotiation at executive and senior executive level.
Strong business acumen with ability to communicate the Risk Management Solution to client needs and represent the company as the expert in this field
