Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of this job is to gather and coordinate system requirements of the assigned group. This position entails the translation of business requirement to program specifications, execution and implementation of assigned projects. This position is entails responsibilities of day-to-day supervision of the assigned group.
1. Confers with the project manager, system analyst and end-users to obtain information on project scope, assumptions, limitations and requirements.
2. Ensures that designs are meeting business requirements and within project’s schedule and cost.
3. Coordinates software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
4. Design, develop, review and modify software systems, using technical analysis and process models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
5. Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
6. Analyses information to determine, recommend, and plan computer specifications and layouts, and peripheral equipment modifications.
7. Obtain and evaluate information on factors such as reporting formats required, costs,
and security needs to determine hardware configuration.
8. Motivates and lead the assigned group.
9. Supervises the day-to-day activities of the group.
10. To escalate additional manpower need of the assigned group to the Resource Manager/Head of Development.
11. To work alongside with the Resource Manager to mitigate any manpower risks of the assigned group.
12. To provide recommendations to group members development plans.
13. Passion in web base languages such has JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, C#, ASP.NET, J2SE, Spring/Hibernate, WPF, WCF
