• To develop network processing applications and appliance according to functional specifications.
• To build and document down the end-user guides.
• To develop real time low latency applications/systems for TCP/IP network processing.
• To develop applications in Linux and able to build across different platforms.
• To perform hardware and software debugging.
• To explore and develop low-level programs on network services processing development kits such as Octeon and Intel IXP.
• To explore and develop applications on Bivio network processing platforms.
More than 5 years experience in C/C++ development.

Core Critical Competencies
• Good organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Linux kernel development: modules, drivers, patches
• Proficient in Linux application development
• Proficient in C and C++ coding, debugging and testing skills.
• Understanding of TCP/IP networking
• Knowledge in Perl is advantageous
