| 工作內容/職務描述 | 1.To identify marketing areas where digital media activity can enhance the relationship between the brand and the customer
2.To take full responsibility for the execution and operation of all Digital Media activities across all brands 3.To clarify define areas where Digital Media could be used and establish with the team the need to employ it accordingly 4.To identify ideal agencies that could deliver on the expectations, and help recruit if needed 5.To take responsibility for the operational and marketing budget of the programmes 6.To supply relevant sales figures as required by the programmes in order to measure their effectiveness 7.To establish budgets and define success by working with brand managers on Digital Media 8.Being accountable to deliver the annual brand KPIs within budget agreed. Qualifications: 1.A minimum of 6 years experience in consumer marketing, must be sophisticated and with proven experience in digital media (such as internet and mobile) 2.Well versed in Media basics, media planning, creative media & media strategy 3.Strong analytical, numberical and planning skills 4.Good oral and written English communication skills. |
