Job description:

Deliver integrated solutions for technically complex or politically hot customer issues
Deliver onsite and remote customer assistance for critical situations, other reactive and proactive support needs
Appropriately leverage troubleshooting tools to analyze and diagnose problem to deliver solution
Effectively communicate issue status to customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service in a timely fashion
Drive successful Critical Situation issues from a technical perspective and political perspective by effectively collaborating with all Microsoft and customer stakeholders
Assist in providing status updates at all levels of customer management
Collaborate while onsite with other Microsoft groups such as Premier, Sales, MCS and CSS to provide a comprehensive solution
Document onsite activities for the creation of customer content, training and product feedback
Build and maintain relationship with customer’s IT/MIS staff
Requirement:

University graduated or above in CS/EE or related fields
Min. 3 years solid experience in IT industry
Familiar with Microsoft Platform Server (Windows Server 2000/2003, AD, Network Infrastructure...etc) and Business Application Server (Exchange Server, ISA Server...etc)
Good initiative, motivation and communication skills
Good speaking and writing in English and Chinese
Current MCSE is highly preferred
