Title: Senior Technical Support / Test Engineer

This position is to implement and support end-user level testing of various manufacturers’ devices and download services for compliance to a predefined specification, as well as test testing program software updates.

Responsibilities include: executing pre-defined test plans, evaluating test results, proposing alternative test methods, writing specifications, and creating test program documentation. Provide technical support on Logo testing questions and policies for USB, Windows Mobile, Plays for Sure and various other certification and non certification programs.

EDUCATION :

BA CS or equivalent education

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

·  Strong communications skills in written and spoken English & Mandarin.

·  Familiar with C and C++ programming.

·  Thorough knowledge of desktop PC and laptop hardware Printer support and maintenance, AntiVirus client and management software Computer imaging - Ghost and Sysprep Experience with LAN and WAN networking (DNS, DHCP)

·  Ability to perform complex tasks and to prioritize multiple projects.

·  Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.

·  Ability to implement and troubleshoot test program changes and modifications.

·  Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with personnel over a wide range of proficiencies.

·  Experience with Microsoft Mobile Devices / Pocket PC / Smartphone / USB a plus.

·  Self motivated & able to work independently.

·  Willing to travel around Asia Pacific regions.
