職務名稱:Application Development Senior Manager (up to AVP)
工作描述:
1) Manages and supervise Application Development Team to carry out systems development and maintenance work
2) Develops and manages the overall project plan, including the identification of resources and dependencies
3) Manages project progress to achieve the planned goals, schedule and budget
4) Promotes effective communication among team and team members
5) Manages vendors in aspects of contract negotiation, fulfillment of services
6) Adherence to group technology standards, controls and other compliance requirements
7) Recommends workable ideas for improvements in workflow, procedures and service quality
8) Develops, motivates and provides regular guidance, counseling and training to staff
需求條件:
1) University graduation, majored in computer science, preferably with MBA degree
2) Minimum 10 years relevant working experience with at least 3-year supervisory experience, preferably in Credit Card Industry, including systems development, systems analysis, design and project management
3) Customer-oriented, strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, and analytical mindset
4) Good leadership skill
5) Proficiency in spoken and written English
