職務名稱:Support Engineer (Windows Server)
工作內容:
Technical assistance (includes trouble-shooting and compatibility).
On-duty responsibility (Answer phone calls from customers at appointed on duty time).
Work with internal partners and account managers to resolve customer issues.
Promote services that Microsoft provides.
May have opportunities to deliver trainings to customers and partners.
需求條件:
Education and Qualifications:
BS (or above) Degree in business administration or computer science related degree
Experience Level:
Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry / field
Minimum 6 years of technical supports experience
Professional Training and Certification:
MCSE or MCSD is essential
In depth product knowledge with Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop products.
Familiar with SQL or Security will be a plus
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
Skilled at interacting with customers
Deep understanding of Microsoft platform
Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin, English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC test score 730 will be a plus
