Job title: Sales VP
Report to: GM
Lead: 8 sales representatives
Location: Taipei, worldwide
Incentive scheme: team sales target
Responsibilities:
The Sales VP aims to lead the banking solution sales team to develop new markets in Taiwan finance sector. The position will need to achieve sales target with the team and provide cutting-edge sales strategies. The person will be required to travel and assist arranging new business overseas in future. The sales VP will lead all direct sales activities by planning.
Requirements:
1. Min of 8- 10 years in IT industry
2. Min of 2 years of people management
3. Min of Bachelor degree
4. Excellent English
5. Good team spirits and willing to share
6. Independent working ethic and result- driven
7. Proven sales record achievements
8. Direct software selling experience
9. Excellent presentation skills
10. Willing to take new challenges
