職務名稱:Network Security Specialist
Job Purpose:
To analyze, design, implement and review the network infrastructure based on business requirements to ensure cost-effective, secured and resilient delivery of IT services to the customers
Key Accountability Areas:
• Develop and continuously improve the network infrastructure to support the changing business needs cost-effectively.
• Develop standard operating procedures for network maintenance and monitoring to provide the technical support team the ability to help provide 24x7 network availability.
• Measure and establish the network baseline to identify non-conformance activities and trend-analysis.
• Plan, design and implement network Capacity Management to manage resources in times of crisis and predict the need for additional capacity proactively so as to support the growth of the company.
• Analyse and lead the process of problem management by diagnosing the occurrence of network infrastructure and then rectify the underlying problems, so as to prevent them in the future, which adversely affects the business process, workflow and user productivity.
• To constantly analyse, review and maintain the security baseline required by performing risk and vulnerability and assessment to ensure the balancing of the resources available and the requirement of sufficient security measures for effective protection of our Intellectual property and business continuity.
Qualifications:
(A) Education
• Diploma or Degree
• Network and Security professional certificates like CCIE and CISSP highly desired.
(B) Experience
• Minimum 5 years experience in Network/Security position, preferably in online-gaming or ISP industry
• Experience in web traffic management (load balancing)
• Experience in WAN technologies like BGP routing, anycast etc
• Experience in DDOS mitigation
(C) Knowledge
• advance knowledge of web technologies and security
• knowledge of Ddos
(D) Skills
• Expert in implementing and administrating Cisco, Juniper routers/switches.
• Expert in implementing and administrating clustered firewalls, IPS
• Expert in implementing and administrating F5 web traffic management suite

For Philippine job opportunity, we offer:
(a) Good remuneration package+ fixed bonus + oversea allowance
(b) 4 times round trip air tickets per year from Taiwan to Philippine, transferable to immediate family
(c) Accommodation provided with maid service
(d) Payroll will be process from Singapore, and will eventually transfer to Philippine’s terms and payroll on equivalent value
(e) Philippine’s tax is rather high about 30-40%, staff will bear Singapore’s tax and company will responsible for Philippines’s tax. (we will appoint tax agent to handle this taxation issue)
